Responsibilities
Assess residents and coordinate nursing care.
Administer medications and treatments within RN scope of practice.
Monitor changes in condition and escalated concerns appropriately.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Support care delivery across assigned units.
Requirements
Active RN license.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
Comfort working night shifts and adapting to unit needs.
IV and wound vac experience is beneficial for transitional care.
Flexibility with weekend scheduling is important.
