• Evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living Community
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain thorough documentation of services in the EMR

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Active FL Physical Therapist license
