Position Overview
- Schedule:
- 4 clinical days per week
- 1 administrative day (can be remote)
- 1:4 call rotation (weekday & weekend)
- Must live within 30 minutes of hospital for call
- Scope of Practice:
- Outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care
- Deliveries (average 1/day; 360/year)
- Surgical procedures (C-sections and GYN surgeries)
- Travel to nearby clinic locations as needed
- EMR:
Meditech Expanse
- Team
Collaboration:- Work closely with physicians, APPs, nursing, and ancillary staff
- Maintain a safe, efficient, patient-focused care environment
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 1 year of graduation)
- Must become Board Certified within required timeframe
- Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification
- Licensure:
Must be eligible for Ohio medical license - Locums:

- Salary:
Competitive guaranteed base + RVU productivity bonus- Patient satisfaction incentives
