Production Associate - Bellefontaine, OH

Join the team at AGC Flat Glass North America, Inc., through Adecco in Bellefontaine, OH. We're hiring Production Associates to help produce high-quality glass products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No experience? No problem! We provide training and support to help you succeed.

As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of glass production. You will operate manufacturing equipment, inspect finished products, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

• Safely operate manufacturing and production equipment to meet daily production goals

• Inspect glass products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Package finished products for shipment in accordance with company guidelines

• Follow production schedules and work instructions precisely

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies

• Support general production tasks as assigned, with training provided

• No prior experience required; training is provided.

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly during 8-12 hour shifts.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 12-Hour Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  - Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Overtime may be required based on production needs.

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
