Become a key player in Aptyx's Finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk in Trenton. This onsite position focuses on processing vendor invoices and supporting month-end activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

At Aptyx, you'll engage directly with a global contract manufacturer, ensuring financial integrity through accurate accounts payable processing. Bring your skills in reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting as you support cross-functional teams. This role provides a pathway for professional growth and exposure to various accounting functions alongside experienced finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain assigned balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules

• Lead month-end close activities for designated accounts

• Prepare and post journal entries and month-end adjustments

• Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly

• Support quarterly and year-end financial reporting needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field

• 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team setting
