Responsibilities include overseeing accounting activities, process improvements, and mentoring team members. Collaborate with both internal and client stakeholders to optimize financial policies and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial assessments and deliver results to clients

• Analyze and redesign charts of accounts with stakeholders

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

• Mentor and develop Aprio team members

• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and clients

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent

• CPA or equivalent credential preferred

• Experience with Quick Books Online and Net Suite

• Strong communication skills for diverse professional environments
