Staff Accountant CPA PEP

Build accounting experience in Belleville as a Staff Accountant preparing financial statements and supporting audits, reviews, and tax engagements.
Wilkinson & Company offers a full-time Staff Accountant position with practical exposure across agriculture, manufacturing, services, and other industries. You will work with clients, managers, and partners while developing experience toward CPA PEP eligibility. The role includes Caseware, Tax Prep, Quick Books, and Sage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare working papers, financial statements, and compilations
Assist with audits, reviews, and tax engagements
Investigate discrepancies and solve problems with your team
Collaborate directly with clients, managers, and partners
Gain experience using accounting and tax software
Requirements:
Completed university degree and eligibility for CPA PEP
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
Knowledge of accounting standards and the Income Tax Act
Public accounting or client service experience is an asset
Effective written, oral, and team communication abilities
Develop audit, tax, financial statement, and client communication skills while progressing toward CPA success at Wilkinson & Company.
