Support accurate accounting at Pathways to Independence in Belleville as a Finance Coordinator handling AP, AR, payroll, and banking.
This full-time temporary position lasts up to 12 months and reports to the Finance Manager. You will process accounting transactions, individualized funding claims, monthly procedures, and reporting using GAAP, ACCPAC, and MS Office. The role supports the Finance team’s accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll transactions accurately
- Coordinate individualized funding claim records
- Complete banking and monthly accounting procedures
- Assist with year-end reconciliations, schedules, and reports
- Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration post-secondary credential
- One to two years’ accounting experience
- Experience using automated accounting systems
- Effective ACCPAC and MS Office skills
- Ability to maintain accurate accounting records
