This full-time position involves assisting Care Coordinators with administrative tasks while managing confidential patient records and responding to inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Care Coordinators

• Process and manage new patient referrals and orders

• Maintain confidential patient records accurately

• Update and enter high volumes of patient data

• Handle telephone inquiries from patients and service providers

Requirements:

• College diploma in health or social services preferred

• 2+ years of relevant office experience

• Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database software

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
