As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll oversee the full contract lifecycle while collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams. Your expertise in negotiating and drafting agreements will be essential in managing terms such as MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs. You’ll maintain templates and support audits, helping safeguard the company's interests with sound risk judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and redline customer-facing agreements

• Manage full contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal

• Collaborate with Sales to resolve contract issues

• Identify legal and financial risks and recommend positions

• Track contract status and obligations using CLM tools

Requirements:

• 5+ years in contract administration or sales operations

• Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms

• Proficient in CLM and CRM systems

• Excellent negotiation and written communication skills

• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple contracts
