Location: Quinte West
Maximize value for top-tier clients as Agent Sync's Strategic Customer Success Manager. Drive measurable outcomes and nurture relationships with strategic accounts across the insurance industry.
As part of the Customer Success team, you will oversee approximately 30 significant accounts, ensuring alignment with customer goals. This role demands expertise in fostering executive relationships, navigating high-stakes discussions, and managing complex dynamics. You will take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle, utilizing a proactive mindset to influence teams and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the customer lifecycle for 30 strategic accounts
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers from end-users to C-suite
• Conduct quarterly business reviews linking product use to impact
• Manage escalations independently, reducing risks
• Drive internal accountability across teams for commitments
Requirements:
• 10+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success
• Experience managing enterprise accounts
• Ability to lead executive-level conversations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency improvement
