In this essential role, you will assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction activities. Your responsibilities include being the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and documentation management. You'll provide updates on project status, attend meetings, and assist in project close-out requirements, playing a vital part in the success of construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in planning and scheduling daily project activities
• Act as main liaison for stakeholders and subcontractors
• Prepare and organize site documents and specifications
• Deliver status updates and manage any project concerns
• Participate in weekly meetings for project alignment
Requirements:
• Post secondary education in engineering or technology
• Experience in construction project planning and coordination
• Strong organizational skills with document management
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel
• Familiarity with project management tools like Procore
