Pursue exciting projects as an Independent Interior Demolition Subcontractor in the Belleville/Trenton, ON area. This role focuses on residential renovations with a guaranteed bi-weekly payment schedule.

We are looking for a contractor proficient in interior demolition for apartment renovations in Cornwall. You will engage in controlled demolition covering various tasks, ensuring safety regulations and project timelines are met. The absence of quoting simplifies your workflow, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute interior demolition services for apartment units

• Handle safe removal of various structures and materials

• Organize debris disposal and maintain site cleanliness

• Communicate effectively with site supervisors

• Prepare sites for further renovations by other trades

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in multi-unit interior demolition

• Valid WSIB coverage and general liability insurance

• Possession of tools and reliable transport

• Proficient in safety practices

• Capability to perform in diverse working environments
