You will manage contract compliance, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and monitor project schedules. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential as you address risks and collaborate across teams, ensuring quality standards align with expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer contracts to ensure compliance and quality

• Troubleshoot daily contractual challenges

• Control and monitor construction schedules

• Liaise with Client-Partner representatives on issues

• Maintain thorough site activity records

Requirements:

• College diploma in engineering or related field

• Minimum four years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of construction best practices

• Experience in project and contract management

• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
