• Support project managers with cost and schedule monitoring

• Conduct quantity takeoffs for contract management

• Develop relationships with trade partners through coordination

• Process change orders and assess impacts closely

• Help administer RFIs and shop drawing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in construction management

• Experience in the construction industry (3–5 years)

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must be eligible for Government of Canada security clearance
