Chandos is actively seeking a Site Health & Safety Specialist dedicated to maintaining high safety standards. You will be responsible for leading training, ensuring compliance, and managing safety documentation on site. Candidates should have a strong background in construction safety and an enthusiasm for continuous safety improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary safety steward, identifying site hazards

• Conduct training and safety orientations for all personnel

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of safety activities

• Lead incident investigations, applying root cause analysis

• Facilitate weekly safety meetings to enhance awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field

• NCSO certification is a plus

• At least 5 years’ experience in construction safety

• Deep understanding of occupational health and safety legislation

• Excellent instructional and communication skills
