As Safety Manager, you will champion safety initiatives that enhance compliance and operational readiness across Hillpointe’s regional properties. Key tasks include conducting inspections, investigating incidents, and ensuring OSHA compliance. Your leadership will drive injury prevention efforts and cultivate a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement injury prevention programs tailored to risks

• Conduct root cause analyses for workplace incidents

• Maintain accurate incident and safety documentation

• Deliver training on OSHA standards and safety protocols

• Verify adherence to safety requirements among contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related

• At least five years of safety management experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Certifications such as OSHA 10 are mandatory
