Project Manager for Restoration Projects

Lead restoration projects for fire, water, and mould damage as a Project Manager/Estimator. Collaborate with owners and adjusters to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.

As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will oversee various restoration projects, coordinating closely with property owners, adjusters, and insurance companies. Your expertise in Xactimate and strong communication skills will be critical in delivering projects to the highest quality standards. You'll also respond to 24-hour emergency restoration calls and manage all aspects of project budgeting and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Xactimate for accurate project estimates

• Conduct thorough site inspections during emergencies

• Prepare precise project quotations based on job costing

• Manage project budgets and ensure timely invoicing

• Respond to emergency restoration calls as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Xactimate and MS Office suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service and decision-making abilities

• Ability to multitask across various projects

• Clean driving record and pass a criminal background check
