As a Library Assistant (LA2), you will engage patrons across both library locations while fostering an enthusiastic and helpful environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technology and has a passion for promoting literature and library services. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure a positive patron experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct the check-in/out process for library materials

• Provide technology assistance, including computer and printing help

• Promote library programs and assist with community engagement

• Maintain cleanliness and order in library spaces

• Resolve issues and enhance patron experiences with tact

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent educational background

• At least 6 months of customer service role preferred

• Technically proficient and able to assist with devices

• Passion for literacy and reading

• Positive attitude towards change and teamwork
