In this permanent position, you'll ensure orders are scheduled within critical timelines while responding promptly to inquiries. With responsibilities that span both order entry and customer interaction, you will monitor communications, update systems, and follow up on customer issues with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor incoming emails and maintain response timelines
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with the Dispatch team
• Classify paperwork accurately using TMW imaging
• Coordinate with departments for customer inquiries
• Follow up on unresolved customer concerns
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in an office environment
• 2–3 years in a customer service role
• Proficiency in Google Suite and TMW systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail in managing customer data
