Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone

• Schedule appointments and address inquiries

• Conduct detailed walk-around inspections with customers

• Verify warranties and recalls for customer vehicles

• Enter information for Express Assessment in SSI

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Relevant education, training, or experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle various inquiries and complete tasks

• Familiarity with automotive service is a plus
