Commercial Bank Treasury Service Specialist

Become the key resource for clients as a Treasury Service Specialist at UMB, managing treasury products and enhancing client relationships daily.

Your role supports banking operations, ensuring urgent client needs are met efficiently.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing treasury servicing needs. Engaging proactively with clients, you will identify solutions while collaborating closely with the internal Relationship Team. Your responsibilities include documentation coordination and problem resolution to improve the client experience continually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as main contact for client treasury needs

• Build client relationships to enhance service experience

• Respond urgently to client inquiries and issues

• Coordinate client documentation and treasury services

• Manage resolution of client requests with bank resources

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 5+ years customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• Proficient in Cash Management services

• Organizational skills and attention to detail
