Professor of Animation and Game Development

Become a key player in the development of aspiring animators and game developers in Belleville, Ontario. As a professor, you will lead courses in game design, animation, and interactive media.

In this role, reporting to the Associate Dean, you will utilize best teaching practices to foster student success. You will guide learners in using leading industry tools while creating an inclusive curriculum that reflects current trends and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver courses in Animation, Game Design, and UX/UI

• Ensure course materials are relevant and up-to-date

• Foster a supportive environment accommodating diverse learners

• Provide guidance and feedback on student assessments

• Develop multi-media content integrated with educational technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or above in Animation, Game Development, or related discipline

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the industry

• Teaching experience at the post-secondary level is advantageous

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Must be willing to teach in person in Belleville, Ontario
