Lead spiritual growth l Catholic Secondary School as a Full-Time Chaplaincy Leader. Create, plan, and inspire faith-based activities while supporting students and staff.

As part of the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, this role emphasizes pastoral support and community engagement. You will execute liturgical planning and lead initiatives that strengthen relationships within the school community. A strong commitment to the Catholic faith is essential for guiding students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute school liturgical activities

• Provide pastoral care and counseling support

• Build relationships with students and staff

• Collaborate with faculty for spiritual enrichment

• Connect school, home, and parish communities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Religious Ministry or related field

• Minimum three years in Chaplaincy or Youth Ministry

• In-depth understanding of Catholic teachings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
