As Division Lead, you will guide newly formed academic divisions, ensuring alignment with MCE’s mission and values. This role focuses on enhancing teaching, research, and faculty development while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. You will serve as the primary liaison between program leadership and the Dean’s office, advocating for divisional needs and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for divisional academic identities

• Coordinate curriculum planning and academic operations

• Conduct annual faculty performance reviews

• Manage division budget and hiring processes

• Support quality student experiences across programs

Requirements:

• Terminal degree in a relevant field

• Rank of Associate Professor or Professor

• Record of excellence in teaching and research

• Prior leadership experience in an academic context

• Strong leadership and communication skills
