Position: Contract Elementary Teacher at ALCDSB
Teach diverse learners at the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board as a contract Elementary Teacher. Positions available include French Immersion and itinerant arts opportunities evieve and St. Gregory schools.

This contract role is open for Permanent, Probationary, and Occasional Teachers within the School Board and includes various FTE assignments. Key responsibilities will require you to utilize your Division Specific Qualifications and proficiency in English and French. Teachers will engage with students in a supportive environment, promoting inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction in French Immersion

• Adapt lessons for diverse learning needs

• Collaborate with staff to enhance student learning

• Maintain classroom management and organization

• Participate in professional development activities

Requirements:

• OCT Certification from the Ontario College of Teachers

• Division Specific Qualifications

• French as Second Language, Part 1 preferred

• Proficient in English and French languages

• Criminal Background Check with vulnerable sector screening
