Key Responsibilities:
• Implement curriculum that respects Indigenous traditions
• Create a safe and supportive space for students
• Collaborate with local Indigenous communities
• Maintain educational standards set by the Ontario College of Teachers
• Role model inclusive teaching practices
Requirements:
• Indigenous ancestry or membership in registered band
• Experience teaching in a Haudenosaunee context
• Strong understanding of local and Indigenous histories
• Good Standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
• Valid criminal background check
