Key Responsibilities:

• Select and qualify metals and alloys for MI cable products

• Maintain material specifications and processing parameters

• Optimize metallurgical processes in cable production

• Act as technical authority in metallurgical decisions

• Lead initiatives to improve yield and throughput

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant engineering field

• 8+ years in manufacturing environments

• Strong expertise in metal processing techniques

• Understanding of structure-property-process relationships

• Experience with failure mechanisms and root cause analysis
