Harris as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) focusing on Avionics in Trenton, Ontario. This casual role involves certification responsibilities and specialized knowledge in various aircraft systems.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will handle aircraft repairs, modifications, and maintenance processes in accordance with regulations. You must possess a Transport Canada AME license and be proficient in heavy aircraft including the environmental control and fuel systems. A clean work area and compliance with safety management standards are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and certify aircraft maintenance work

• Identify and report un-airworthy conditions

• Utilize calibrated test equipment for standard checks

• Engage with L3 MAS Policies and Procedures

• Conduct towing and fueling operations for aircraft

Requirements:

• AME-E license valid for heavy aircraft operations

• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems

• Meet Controlled Goods Program eligibility

• Obtain Secret Level 2/NATO clearance

• Understand ITAR compliance requirements
