This position specializes in applied metallurgical engineering, targeting optimization and continuous improvement of metal-based products. You’ll be responsible for qualifying materials, defining product specifications, and supporting manufacturing processes. Your work will focus on ensuring that Chemelex’s cables meet rigorous performance standards in demanding environments.

• Select metals for use in MI cable products
• Define and maintain processing specifications
• Analyze manufacturing processes for performance impacts
• Optimize metallurgical processes in cable production
  
  Lead process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's or Master's in related engineering fields
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing
• Proficient in metal processing and failure mechanisms
• Deep understanding of metallurgical principles
• Experience with statistical process control methods
