Harris as a Casual Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME M2) in Trenton, ON.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage between $40.75 and $52.75 and involves crucial maintenance and certification tasks.

The AME M2 will report directly to the Operations Supervisor, holding a necessary Transport Canada AME license. Your focus will be on repair and maintenance of aircraft, operating under approved processes while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key areas of expertise include engine and airframe interfaces, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. You'll also participate in safety management programs and report any operational weaknesses you encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Certify your work through Maintenance Releases

• Report un-airworthy conditions discovered during inspections

• Utilize standard calibrated measuring equipment

• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area

• Attend safety management system meetings

Requirements:

• AME license rated M2 for heavy aircraft

• Experience with environmental and flight control systems

• Clearance eligibility for Controlled Goods

• Valid Government security clearance capability

• Knowledge of AMO Quality Program expectations
