Position: Civil Engineer for Municipal Projects
Join Ainley Group as a Civil Engineer in Belleville, Kingston, or Ottawa, where you will design and oversee municipal infrastructure projects. Collaborate within a dynamic team and engage with clients and stakeholders.

This engineering role requires a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario with at least seven years of relevant experience. You’ll prepare reports and designs for highways, roads, and bike trails, while also managing construction administration. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients and mentoring junior staff, ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports and detailed designs for municipal infrastructure

• Manage construction administration for road and trail projects

• Prepare contract specifications and tender documents

• Review and issue finalized shop drawings

• Coordinate junior staff mentorship and client liaison

Requirements:

• P.Eng. license in Ontario with 7 years' experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Project

• Experience in municipal infrastructure planning and design

• Skilled in cost estimating and specification writing

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
