True Anomaly is seeking a creative Electrical Engineer with experience in harnessing design and routing to enhance space superiority. You will work on interconnecting electronic and power subsystems, focusing on power, propulsion, guidance, and telemetry. Collaborate across teams to develop designs that meet quality and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create intricate 3D harness routes considering maintainability

• Generate schematics and interconnect diagrams for electrical systems

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively

• Analyze designs adhering to quality standards

• Develop equipment for IR/DWV testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical, or related field

• 2+ years in harness design and routing

• Proficient in Solid Works or similar CAD software

• Knowledgeable in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
