Drive innovation in lunar exploration with Blue Origin as a Stress Analyst II. This role requires strong structural analysis skills for NASA's Human Landing System program.

Join a talented team working within the Lunar Permanence division, focusing on the development of spacecraft structures critical for lunar missions. You will lead efforts in analyzing load paths and conducting strength checks, ensuring the safety and reliability of the design.

Your role will also involve collaborating on trade studies and developing verification plans, reinforcing the mission's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze spacecraft structures from concept to drawing release

• Develop and refine Finite Element Models for validation

• Create verification and test plans with comprehensive reports

• Perform strength checks and produce detailed analysis reports

• Support configuration development and optimization studies

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in mechanical, aerospace, or civil engineering

• At least 5 years in spacecraft or aeronautical structural design

• Strong foundation in structural static and dynamic analysis

• Proficient in using tools like Abaqus and LS-Dyna

• Experience with vibro-acoustic and thermal loads
