Drive satellite innovation as a Thermal Engineer with Enduro Sat in Denver, Colorado. This full-time, on-site position focuses on thermal management for cutting-edge spacecraft launching initiatives.

As part of Enduro Sat’s team, you will lead thermal engineering tasks throughout the spacecraft lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include creating thermal models, performing thermal predictions for test conditions, and ensuring reliability during operations. Collaboration with the system engineering team and direct interactions with clients will enhance project success, grounded in superior thermal understanding and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop thermal solutions for satellites

• Create and verify thermal model predictions

• Investigate thermal performance issues and resolutions

• Define criteria for test success and correlate outcomes

• Maintain robust communication within engineering teams

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant engineering field

• Over 5 years in aerospace or space programs

• Deep knowledge of thermal engineering practices

• Positive communication skills and mentoring inclination

• Proficiency in mechanical engineering concepts
