You will mentor engineers while enhancing technical standards and collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• 10+ years developing hardware systems

• 4+ years in engineering managerial roles

• Expertise in power, motor control, and embedded systems

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
