As a key contributor, you will manage the flow-down of requirements and drive inter-system communications for the Avionics Components team. Your strong organizational skills and technical background will ensure clear documentation, risk management, and project readiness. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure requirements traceability through the engineering lifecycle

• Negotiate interface control documents for avionics systems

• Act as the liaison between engineering teams and program management

• Identify and mitigate risks in avionics development

• Support scheduling and roadmap planning tasks
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field

• Minimum of 5 years in complex systems or avionics engineering

• Proven expertise in requirements flow-down and management

• Strong communication and coordination capabilities

• Eligibility for TS//SCI clearance
