Position: Capital Projects Project Engineer Role
Take charge of capital projects as a Project Engineer with Agilus by Synergie in Belleville, Ontario. Lead in process optimization and innovation across manufacturing activities.

Agilus by Synergie is on the lookout for a seasoned Project/Chemical Engineer skilled in managing capital projects and driving process enhancements across customer sites. With a focus on efficiency and excellence, this role requires significant experience in the chemical engineering sector along with an ability to drive continuous improvements and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct design and optimization of manufacturing systems

• Manage capital projects through all phases of development

• Champion continuous improvement and process optimization

• Collaborate on engineering documentation and compliance

• Guide junior engineers with technical expertise

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering

• Valid Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario

• 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments

• Proven skills in process optimization and analysis

• Familiarity with CAD and simulation tools
