Key Responsibilities:

• Manage highway design projects from preliminary to detailed phases

• Supervise teams and provide technical guidance

• Lead proposal submissions for highway projects

• Train and assess junior team members

• Liaise effectively with clients and construction supervision
Requirements:

• P.Eng. certification in Ontario; 12 years of experience

• Established MTO relationships and reputational expertise

• Knowledge of relevant design standards and specifications

• Motivated, organized team player with communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple project responsibilities
