Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Junior Fluid Power Designer in the Industrial Manufacturing / Fluid Power Engineering / Industrial Equipment in Belleville, Ontario. Join a growing technical team supporting the design and development of hydraulic and fluid conveyance solutions for industrial and mobile applications. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and designers, contributing to hydraulic power units, fluid routing systems, manifolds, and technical documentation while building expertise in fluid power design and engineering best practices.
Total rewards: $75000.00 - $85000.00 annually

- Create and maintain models, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation using Solid Works, Draft Sight, and PDM
- Assist in the design of hydraulic systems, fluid conveyance solutions, and mechanical assemblies
- Complete fluid conveyance routing and hydraulic manifold design activities
- Support hydraulic power unit, weldment, and hydraulic tank design projects
- Contribute to prototype builds, testing, validation, and design reviews
- Prepare bills of materials and project documentation packages
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and assembly processes
- Travel to customer and supplier sites to gather information and support field activities
- Hold post-secondary education or related experience in mechanical design, fluid power, or mechanical engineering technology
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Solid Works, Draft Sight, PDM, or similar CAD software
- Possess an understanding of hydraulic systems, mechanical assemblies, and technical drawings
- Show strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders
- Work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate
- Collaborate effectively within a team-focused environment
- Adhere to health, safety, quality, and ethical business standards
