This Project Technologist position requires expertise in assessing existing structures and contributing to repair designs, condition assessments, and support for upgrades. You will manage multiple projects while ensuring attention to detail and effective communication with teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough site reviews and document conditions

• Assess building data for deficiencies and recommend repairs

• Prepare detailed technical reports and review junior staff’s work

• Develop specifications for restoration and rehabilitation projects

• Mentor junior staff to enhance their technical growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

• Degree in engineering or engineering technology

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
