Make a difference in space exploration as an Avionics Hardware Engineer with Blue Origin. This role involves designing complex electronic systems for lunar landers, emphasizing hands-on innovation and safety.

In this position, you will be crucial to developing, leading, and owning various avionic designs within the Lunar Permanence business unit. Your expertise in digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuitry will contribute to essential avionics systems, enhancing spaceflight missions. Collaborate within a team of problem solvers, supporting every aspect from concept to production and ensuring rigorous testing and verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit avionic designs

• Lead rigorous testing and verification processes

• Support controller architecture and performance analyses

• Participate in design reviews and mission assurance activities

• Communicate development status and identify risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• 5+ years in avionics systems development

• Experience with circuit design and signal integrity

• Knowledge of communication methods and board layout principles

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
