Drive cutting-edge laser experiments at Xcimer Energy in Denver, CO. This is a full-time, onsite role designed for candidates with strong experimental physics and laser expertise.
As the Lead Experimental Physicist, you will independently manage complex laser-based experiments, ensuring thorough execution and insightful analysis.

Your role will involve close collaboration with scientists and engineers, translating scientific objectives into actionable test plans. Engage in designing experimental setups while optimizing diagnostic processes for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary owner for laser experiments

• Rapidly master complex experimental platforms

• Design and execute laser-based experiments

• Review and analyze experimental results

• Collaborate with technicians and engineers
Requirements:

• PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• Hands-on experience with laser experiments

• Ability to debug complex systems

• Strong data analysis skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful resident
