Municipal Project and Development Specialist

Become a Municipal Project and Development Specialist focused on overseeing essential city infrastructure projects. Drive compliance and project success within Engineering Services.

As a key member of the Engineering Services team, you will manage and support municipal servicing projects. The role involves designing infrastructure solutions, reviewing drafts, and ensuring alignment with city specifications. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing municipal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and approve municipal servicing strategies

• Attend and facilitate internal and external project meetings

• Manage service agreements and assist in site plan evaluations

• Conduct inspections to ensure city standards are met

• Collet and analyze data for the Asset Management Plan

Requirements:

• Requires a three-year diploma in Civil Engineering

• Five years of progressive experience in engineering

• Must possess excellent communication skills

• Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office Suite

• Valid Ontario Driver's License required
