Become a key player at Ares Management as a Product Specialist, focused on providing exceptional 1031 exchange solutions for investors. Utilize your skills to enhance client portfolios and expand Ares’ offerings.
As a specialist in Ares Real Estate Exchange, you will deliver high-quality support for 1031 and 721 exchange products. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful investment transitions. You will also engage in proactive outreach and represent Ares at conferences, contributing to the company’s growth in the alternative investments space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert on 1031 exchanges
• Communicate efficiently with financial advisors and investors
• Partner with distribution teams to secure exchange conversions
• Participate in calls, meetings, and industry events
• Manage transactions from inquiry through closing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
• Financial services experience mandatory; real estate preferred
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
