In this full-time dual role, you’ll serve as an ambassador for both new and existing members. Your primary responsibilities include assessing members’ financial needs, promoting banking products, and maintaining accurate transaction processes. You'll work to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent service through proactive client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow established sales and service processes for member interactions

• Meet targets by delivering relevant banking products

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services

• Provide educational support on transactional banking and investments

• Ensure accuracy in cash management and transaction posting
