Financial Services Representative

Serve Money Mart customers through personal lending, cash handling, and customer service at the 690 Sidney Street Unit 1 branch. Support customers in person while explaining financial solutions clearly.

As a Financial Service Representative, you will assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, process applications, and complete transactions. The work combines sales, personal lending, compliance, cash handling, and branch operations. You will follow responsible lending practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Assess customer needs and provide accurate, professional service
• Recommend and process loans, cards, transfers, and payments
• Explain fees, repayment terms, renewals, and payment options
• Verify customer information and maintain complete records
• Process cash, reconcile drawers, and follow security procedures

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One or more years in retail sales or similar experience
• One or more years in customer service and cash handling
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• English communication and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
