Advise TD customers on investment and credit solutions in Trenton, Ontario, using thoughtful questions and personalized financial guidance.
As a Personal Banker with TD Canada Trust, you will help customers pursue financial goals through sound planning advice. You will review portfolios, explain banking solutions, and deepen customer relationships through accurate, confidential service. This role supports Personal & Commercial Banking.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
- Provide personalized financial advice and answer customer questions
- Conduct financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates
- Handle customer problems for frontline staff
- Prepare compliant documents reflecting business intentions
- High school diploma or one year relevant experience
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
- CFSA completion within twelve months if hired
- Knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
