Municipal Compliance Coordinator Position

Location: Quinte West

Take on the role of Compliance Coordinator with the City of Quinte West, focusing on Roads, Parks, Landfill, and Stormwater compliance. This position combines administrative oversight with field operations in a hybrid environment.

The Compliance Coordinator is integral in supporting Outdoor Operations while ensuring that municipal services adhere to legislative requirements. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to effective service delivery will be critical in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support compliance with relevant local regulations

• Coordinate with managers and supervisors on legislative updates

• Maintain daily operational services aligned with policies

• Prepare documentation and reports on compliance initiatives

• Facilitate training sessions for team members

Requirements:

• Community college diploma in Engineering Technology or related field

• At least 4 years of regulatory compliance experience

• Valid Class G Driver’s Licence with a solid record

• In-depth knowledge of municipal legislation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
