Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic HR services in alignment with university goals
• Advise on labor relations best practices
• Support managers in conflict resolution and performance issues
• Facilitate HR workshops and programs
• Analyze client data to provide informed HR solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and CHRL certification
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience
• Proven ability to navigate complex employment legislation
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in labor relations is beneficial
